2. Venus is also called the Earth's sister because there is a lot of similarity in the size of both of them. The diameter of Venus is 95 percent of the Earth's diameter and 80 percent of the Earth's weight. Both craters are less and the density and chemical composition are the same.
3. There are several kilometer thick layers of clouds of Sulfuric Acid on Venus, which completely cover its surface. For this reason, the surface of Venus cannot be seen. Between the clouds, winds move faster than 350 kilometers per hour.
4. Because of the similarities found in Venus and Earth and clouds over Venus, it was initially estimated that under the clouds, planet Venus would be like the Earth and there would be life on it. But later on, it was learned from the satellites and planes sent that both the planets are quite different from each other and the life on Venus is nominal.
5. Venus planetary atmosphere is mainly made of carbon dioxide. So much carbon dioxide produces very greenhouse effect so that its temperature on the side of the sun reaches 462 degrees Celsius. This much temperature makes it the hottest planet in the Sun.
6. The atmospheric pressure of Venus is 92 times more than the atmospheric pressure of the Earth. So much pressure on Earth is only one kilometer away from the surface of the ocean.

After this, the Senate's Venera 3 became the first man-made vehicle to reach Venus. So far, more than 20 yanas have traveled in Venus.

According to statistics, volcanoes are still active on Venus, but in some areas, mostly the part is quiet for millions of years. Figures obtained from some side indicate that most of the surface of Venus is covered with lava substances.
9. There are small pits on Venus. The reason for this may be that the meteors are burned in Venus before it hits the surface in the atmosphere. But on Venus several places have been found together, it seems that a large meteor splits into small pieces before hitting the surface.
10. The first Greek and Roman people considered Venus as one of the two non-dual planets. The Greek people used to call the star in the morning to see the phosphorus and the night-seeing Bosporus. Roman people used to call Lucifer and Vesper respectively. But later their astronomers found that it is not two but only a planet. After this, people started saying Venus to the Goddess of beauty and love because of the brightness of the night sky.
